Police detain man wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia

On Tuesday April 22 at 11:15 a.m. Vasiliy P., DOB 1987, was detained by officers of Kotayk police division in Arzni village, Armenia. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Rostov-on-Don, Russia, charged with theft since July 21, 2012.
