Young man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies detained in the Passport and Visa Department of the RA Police

Edgar P., DOB 1990, was detained in the Passport and Visa Department following special measures taken by officers from the GDCI and PVD of Police of the Republic of Armenia. The man had been wanted by Police of Odintsovsky region of Moscow oblast, Russia charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 111, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave damage to health/ since December 30, 2011.
The initiator of the intelligence has been notified of Edgar P.'s detection.
