A wanted man detected in a ward

Due to the measures undertaken by the officers of Vanadzor police division at 14:05 on April 1, Armenak S., DOB 1977, was detected in one of the wards in Vanadzor medical center. The latter had been reported wanted by law enforcers of Volgograd oblast, RF, accused of theft.
