Police detain 23-year-old fugitive swindler

Officers from Malatya police division detained Karapet Ye., DOB 1993, on Yerevan's Komitas avenue. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ Since February 3, 2016.
