A few days ago Lyudvig A., DOB 1984, was detained in the vicinity of Bagratashen BCP following special measure taken by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted by Mashtots police division charged under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 184, part 2, point 1 (infliction of damage to property by deception or abuse of confidence which caused particularly great damage) since February 11, 2014.
