On Thursday, November 5 Malatya police division was reported that Emma Hovhannisyan, DOB 1946, died following a fatal hit-and-run accident in Yerevan.
Thanks to special measures taken by officers from the Yerevan City Department along with their colleagues from Malatya police division, Mekhak M., DOB 1980, was detained on Yerevan's Andraniki street, who pled guilty to having caused the above-mentioned accident.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
