Man wanted for swindling fails to cross the state border

On Monday, November 23 at 6:05 p.m. Temur S., DOB 1968, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The detainee was taken to Bagratashen subdivision of the RA Police. Temur S. had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 215, part 1 /smuggling/ since September 30, 2015.
