Armenian Police officers detain man wanted by Uzbek law enforcers

Today on July 30 at 3 a.m. Ashot A., DOB 1970, was detained at “Zvartnots” international airport following special measures taken by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence alongside their colleages from “Zvartnots” airport Line division. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Tashkent city, Uzbekistan, on charges of  malicious evasion from taxes or other mandatory payments since March 21, 2003.
The initiator of the intelligence was notified of Ashot A.'s detention.
