Police detain fugitive swindler wanted by law enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russia

On Wednesday, April 15 at 2:15 p.m. Armen A., DOB 1974, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Noyemberyan police division. The detainee had ben wanted by law  enforcement bodies of Stavropol krai, Russia charged for swindling since November 23, 2010.
