Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from the General Department of Criminal Intelligence  Vardan S., DOB 1986, turned himself in to the Police on Wednesday, October 28 12 a.m. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 158, part 1 /theft/ since November 16, 2011.
