Police detain young man wanted by Stavropol law enforcers on charges of murder
On Tuesday June 17 at 8:30 a.m. Russian citizen Aleksey A., DOB 1990, was detained in Andranikavan village, Ararat marz, Armenia, following special measures taken by officers of Yerevan city Department of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Stavropol krai, Russian Federation, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 105, part 1 /murder/ since November 7, 2013.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
