Man wanted by Volgograd law enforcement bodies turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Arabkir police division Albert P., DOB 1964, turned himself in to the Police on Saturday, October 19 at 4:30 p.m. The detainee had been wanted by General Department of the Russian MIA for Volgograd oblast charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 159, part 4 /swindling/ since September 11, 2015.
