Fugitive swindler detained in Vagharshapat

On Tuesday, April 28 at 3:30 p.m. Seryozha G., DOB 1981, was detained in Vagharshapat city following special measures taken by officers from Vagharshapat police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 /swindling/ since April 27, 2015.
