Fugitive swindler detained in Yerevan and transported to Goris

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Mashtots division of the RA Police, Sargis P., DOB 1974, was detained in Yerevan and transported to Goris police division. The detainee had been wanted for swindling since February 16, 2016.
