Police detain foreign swindler wanted by Arabkir police division

On Thursday April 3 at 12:50 p.m. officers of Meghri police division along with their colleagues from Meghri subdivision of Passport and Visas Department of the RA Police detained foreign national Hussein S, DOB 1971, at Meghri customs post. The detainee had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 178, part 2 /swindling/ since November 22, 2006.
