Wanted swindler turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Nor Nork police division, Vachagan A., DOB 1957, turned himself in to the Police on Wednesday, September 9 at 2 p.m. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1 since September 8, 2015.
