Crime news report for the period from 12 to 15 June
According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 105 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from June 12 June 15, 3 of which were earlier committed crimes.
In particular, 27 cases of bodily harm, 11 cases of theft of personal property and fraud, 9 cases of detecting drugs, 7 cases of domestic violence, 6 cases of battery, 4 for abuse of office, 3 cases of misappropriation or embezzlement, seizure of weapons and ammunition and threat to murder, 2 cases of intentional destruction of property, cybercrime, failure to implement or improper implementation of professional duties by medical and support personnel, official forgery or official negligence, 1 case of attempted murder, robbery, tax evasion, drug smuggling, drug trafficking, human immunodeficiency virus infection, human trafficking, illegal collection, storage, use or dissemination of information about personal or family life, sexual abuse, violation of labor protection rules and organization and holding of meetings in violation of the established law.
2 missing persons have been registered, 5 wanted people have been detained, another one turned himself in to the Police.
22 cases of voluntary surrender of arms and ammunition have been registered.
From earlier committed crimes 2 cases of burglary and 1 case of robbery have been solved.
Over the past 3 days, 22 accidents have been registered in the Republic: 2 persons died, 22 people received bodily injuries of different levels of gravity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
