Operational Situation in the Republic from September 3 to 4

151 crimes were recorded, 5 of which had been previously committed.
In particular:
• 35 cases of driving by persons deprived of the right to drive, with a suspended right, or without a driver’s license,
• 15 cases of narcotics detection,
• 14 cases of infliction of bodily harm,
• 13 cases of physical impact,
• 10 cases of fraud,
• 7 cases of theft of personal property,
• 6 cases each of mental assault and violation of labor protection rules,
• 4 cases each of hooliganism and forgery of documents,
• 3 cases each of extortion and failure to comply with an urgent intervention order,
• 2 cases each of illegal drug trafficking, illegal logging of trees, and vigilantism.
Additionally, 1 case each of robbery, car theft, destruction or damage of property, seizure of weapons and ammunition, sowing or cultivation of plants containing narcotic substances, false accusation, violation of subsoil protection or usage requirements, detection of cold weapons, failure to pay taxes and duties, and other cases.
Previously committed crimes solved:
• 4 cases of theft of personal property,
• 1 case of infliction of bodily harm.
8 wanted persons were located, 4 of whom surrendered voluntarily.
4 cases of voluntary surrender of weapons and ammunition were registered.
RTA statistics:
Over the past day, 14 road traffic accidents occurred, resulting in 1 death and 21 people sustaining injuries of varying severity.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
